Let us define medical tourism. It has something to do with you traveling to another nation to obtain medical attention. Why? Because it is cheaper. Let us suppose you need surgery. Let us suppose you want to save on your medical expenditure. There may be a way. Try medical tourism. Let us suppose you need hip surgery. If you are from North America, Europe, or the Arab world, you can have the hip surgery, heart operations, cosmetic surgery, and other surgeries in India at one-tenth of the expenditure of what it normally would cost in North America or Western Europe. Yes, it is one-tenth of the expenditure of what it is in North America or Western Europe. There are a growing number of patients who travel to India for cheap medical care. Singapore, other South East Asian nations, and South Africa also offer medical tourism too. At least some of these physicians are trained in North America and Western Europe. India is earning recognition world wide in biotechnology research and pharmaceuticals. About half a million patients from North America, Western Europe, or the Arab world travel to India yearly for medical tourism. Half a million patients yearly cannot be wrong. Medical tourism is also an option for those in USA without medical insurance.
Another group of people who can take advantage of medical tourism are those on a long waiting list for surgery. If you are on a long waiting list for surgery, and have run out of patience, then please do get on to an airplane and fly to India for cheap surgery sometimes within 10 to 15 days after arrival in India. Yes, if you are American patient and have run out of patience, then try being a patient in India.
If you are from North America, Western Europe, or the Arab world there may be other benefits too. Medical tourism will make hospitals in North America, Western Europe, Arab world, and India to compete with each other. Hospital to hospital competition is good for the patients.
To find out more about medical tourism, the first step is to use the internet search engine Google and type the words MEDICAL TOURISM. Good luck.

Tribute to Biharis.
It is not often that we hear some good economic or social news about Bihar. She is certainly not among the states with good economic growth. In any case, there is one group of Biharis whom I wish to pay tribute to. They are the Bihari migrant workers.
The future Indian will be the relocatable Indian. The future Indian will be the mobile Indian. The future Indian will be the traveling Indian. In a market economy, we should let the market decide how and where India’s manpower will be located and relocated; and the Bihari migrant workers are a good example. I understand that at least some Bihari migrant workers have moved to other parts of India to seek work. This is the right way.
By moving to areas where there are jobs available, the Bihari workers are filling shortages in India. It is about shortages and surpluses. It is about separating the politicians from the economy. It is about getting rid of all the government monopolies.
What should the Indian politicians do about the economy? Nothing. Well, almost nothing. The people/market are not stupid. The people/market do know how to take care of themselves. The people/market do not need the politicians to tell them what to do. I think politicians should take a break. I think politicians should stay home. Why don’t the politicians mind their own business and leave the market economy alone? The less the politicians do, the more the market economy can do; and the more the politicians do, the less the market economy can do. As much as possible we have to get rid of all these government monopolies. I think politicians should stay home; and there are lots of things the politicians can do at home. The politicians can watch television at home. The politicians can watch movies on DVD at home. The politicians can play ping-pong with their family members at home. The politicians can learn yoga exercises at home. The politicians can read a fiction story book at home. The politicians can take a nap at home. There are lots of things the politicians can do at home. In a free market economy, mobility of labor is an important factor. The Indian people do know how to move around and seek employment. No attempt should be made to discourage people from one state to relocate to another state. Let the market decide for itself. The people are smart enough and will figure out how to relocate, when to relocate, and where to relocate. In fact, relocating from one state inside India to another state inside India for better opportunities has been going on for decades. Your work environment is a workplace and also a school. As you work, you also learn. Please do learn as much as possible from your work environment. After you have learned as much as possible, if you want to get ahead, you can start looking for work at another location. If your employer does not pay you well then he will pay a heavy price when you finally leave and relocate to another job. After you learn as much as possible, you can start your own company and start employing people. So the purpose of becoming an employee is to become an employer eventually. Whether your employer approves it or not, you have to find a way to turn your work environment into a school for you. Yes, we should let the market decide how and where India’s manpower will be located and relocated; and as much as possible try not to leave India to look for work because India may need your services.
I understand that there is a Sikh colony in Hyderabad city. I bet you that there are several different colonies in Bombay/Mumbai with each having their own market niche. For instance, I understand that the Gujaratis are well represented in Mumbai's stock trading which may be their market niche. The Muslim Indians are well represented in Bollywood as movie stars, which is their own market niche. Muslim Indians are also famous for their cuisines, which is also their market niche. Different communities may have a different market niche inside Mumbai/Bombay; and through their work, they contribute to India's growth.
It is all about jobs, jobs, jobs. If you go to Mumbai/Bombay or New Delhi, I bet you that there are migrant workers from many other parts of India. These migrant workers are also voters and can eventually vote in the Mumbai or New Delhi elections. What can migrant workers give? Migrant workers can vote. Let us suppose that there are hypothetically three states inside India. Let us suppose that they are named State A, State B, and State C. Let us suppose that State A has rapid economic growth, and States B and C have slow growth and high unemployment. It is possible that workers from States B and C will find their way into State A to seek employment. So the migrant workers inside State A become an asset to politicians in State A because they can vote for politicians in State A. The politicians from State A will be the net gainers. I tell you that if you are unemployed and if you wait for the local politician to create jobs, then you may end up waiting for ever. If you have to move from State B or State C to State A to seek employment, then you have to move. Irrespective of what the politicians say, if you have to move, then you have to move. It is not good to rely too much on politicians. It is all about jobs, jobs, jobs. Please tell all your friends to make plans to move to another state inside India in order to seek employment. Please tell all your friends not to depend on politicians and that it is better to relocate to another state to be employed. The bottom-line is that there should be no resistance to relocate, move, and travel inside India. The bottom-line is that there should be no opposition to relocate, move, and travel inside India. The future Indian will be the relocatable Indian. The future Indian will be the mobile Indian. The future Indian will be the traveling Indian. In a market economy, we should let the market decide how and where India’s manpower will be located and relocated; and as much as possible try not to leave India to look for work because India may need your services. Education: Separate teachers from exams in India.
Separate teachers from exams.
Firstly, there is no perfect education system in the whole world. India is a developing nation and needs a cost efficient method to get education to maximum number of people. Ultimately, there is a need to remember that no school in this world can teach you as much as life itself can. We learn every day. It’s unending.
Every teacher in India should be a slave of the nation. We do not need a teacher in India who serves himself or the students. Every teacher should serve the nation/board of examiners. It will be the nation/board of examiners that will set the exams; and it will be the teacher who will coach the students to sit for the exams. Based on the pass rate of the students, we can determine if the students are being coached well by the teacher. Based on the pass rate of the students we can determine if the teacher is doing his job well. So we have to separate teachers from examinations.
If you allow the teacher to coach the students and also set the exams, then you would be turning the teacher into an entertainer. Any teacher who can teach any way he feels like and also set the exams any way he feels like is indeed an entertainer, not a teacher. Rightfully, a teacher is not an entertainer but a slave of the nation/board of examiners.
Do you want your children to be taught by an entertainer or a teacher? As the teacher tries ways to make himself be popular among the students, he will gradually transform into an entertainer; and this is a dangerous phenomenon and also a waste of public funds. The teacher becomes an entertainer by entering into long discussions with students of other topics of interest in the classroom, ranging anywhere from politics to social matters, to the bad traffic to the weather and so on; and the discussion may go on for ever because it is entertaining for both the students and teacher.
Giving anybody too much freedom is not good. The way to lead life is by engaging in goal setting and goal achieving. In this case, the board of examiners will set the goal, and the teacher will make sure that the students will achieve the goal. It is all about accountability. The teachers must be held accountable to the nation. India is a democracy and runs on people power. The people power must hold the teachers accountable to the nation. No teacher in India has the right to be an entertainer. Every teacher has to be a slave of the nation/board of examiners. To transform India from a developing nation to a developed nation, teachers play a very important role. I dare say that giving teachers too much freedom is a luxury that a developing nation like India can ill-afford. Teachers are teachers; and exams are exams. We have to separate teachers from exams.
The people who should be most concerned about this matter should be the parents themselves. The parents probably think that their children are getting a good education. But think is only think. The reality may be something else.
In some nations students are privileged enough to choose the instructor. They even choose the instructor in every course they take. In these nations educational institution instructors are divided into hard graders and easy graders; and students are always choosing easy graders. So we have a situation where all the good instructors (that is, hard graders) are never put to use. So we have a situation in these nations where all the good instructors (that is, hard graders) are sidelined. And as an instructor, if you are not put to use by the students long enough, you have to transform into an easy grader or become unemployed. In these nations where students can pick the instructor, I hope they continue to do so because they may have their own reasons to do so.
In sharp contrast, for India, I would never ever recommend such an educational system whereby students can choose the instructor. School is school, not your grandfather’s house. Giving Indian students the privilege of choosing instructors may not be the best way for students inside India. In some nations students can pick the instructor, and this phenomenon of allowing students to pick the instructor should never be allowed to happen in India.
Also, only teachers who are trained to teach economics shall be allowed to teach economics; only teachers who are trained to teach algebra shall be allowed to teach algebra; only teachers who are trained to teach biology shall be allowed to teach biology; only teachers who are trained to teach chemistry shall be allowed to teach chemistry. In some nations any teacher can teach any subject; and this phenomenon of giving the teacher the freedom to teach any subject he feels like and give the exams any way he feels like should be avoided in India.
The classroom is not the place for debating. School is school, not your grandfather’s house. If you want to do debating, then join the debating society. You can do your analysis, debating, and persuasion in the debating society. The classroom is the classroom. The teacher will teach and the students will learn and take notes. This is the cost efficient way. India is a developing nation, not a developed nation and requires a cost efficient education system. There are some other nations where the teacher has so much freedom that they can teach anyway they feel like and so do not even bother to prepare their lesson before entering the classroom; and these teachers have so much freedom that they are not slaves of the board of examiners, but demi-gods; and this phenomenon should never be allowed to happen in India because we do not need any demi-god teachers in India. It is important that the teacher prepare well before the teacher enters the classroom. If the teacher prepares well and teaches well, then the students will not interrupt the teacher with too many questions. If the students want to ask questions, they can- however- do so. The objective of the teacher is to prepare well and teach well so that the teaching will not be interrupted with too many questions from the students. Employers are looking for stable characters to hire. In any case, there is no perfect education system in the whole world. India is a developing nation and needs a cost efficient method to get education to the maximum number of people. Ultimately, there is a need to remember that no school in this world can teach you as much as life itself can. We learn every day. We learn inside and outside school. The work environment itself is a school. We make mistakes and learn from our mistakes; and we try not to repeat mistakes. We keep learning. It’s unending. What the market wants and what the schools and universities can provide are often different, and this is a world-wide phenomenon. There is often a difference between theory and practice, and this is a world-wide pehenomenon. It would be unfair to say that India is the only nation where the colleges and universities churn out graduates who do not completely meet the needs of the market because this is a world-wide phenomenon. It would be unfair to say that India is the only nation where the colleges and universities churn out unhirable graduates because they do not completely meet the needs of the market because this is a world-wide phenomenon. It would be unfair to say that India is the only nation where the colleges and universities churn out useless graduates because they do not completely meet the needs of the market because this is a world-wide phenomenon. It would be unfair to say that India is the only nation where the colleges and universities churn out graduates that the market does not need because this is a world-wide phenomenon.
There are regulated teachers and unregulated teachers. Unregulated teachers are what they are, unregulated teachers. I know of a nation that has plenty of unregulated teachers. Unregulated teachers operate without any checks and balances. Unregulated teachers operate without accountability. The unregulated teachers can teach any subject he feels like. The unregulated teacher can teach any way he feels like. The unregulated teacher can even change the syllabus. The unregulated teacher can assert his personal views in the classroom. The unregulated teacher can teach non-factual matter as factual matter. The unregulated teacher can teach his favorite part of the syllabus, and disregard other parts of the syllabus. The unregulated teacher often times enters the classroom without preparing well to teach the course. The unregulated teachers are allowed to teach even if he is not competent in the subject matter being taught. The unregulated teacher opposes board exams. Sometimes the unregulated teacher will organize a discussion session among the students with the teacher transforming into a moderator of the discussion; and, some how, this is also considered educational. Sometimes the unregulated teachers will just answer any questions that the students ask for the entire semester, with the teacher not teaching at all; and this is also considered educational. Sometimes the unregulated teacher will push most of the responsibility of learning to the students, with the teacher playing a minimal role; and this is also considered okay. These unregulated teachers are demi-gods because they have so much freedom. These unregulated teachers almost have immunity and are not held accountable. In these nations (with unregulated teachers) I would venture to say that they have no teachers at all; and in these same nations I would also venture to say that they have plenty of demi-god teachers. Unregulated teachers are demi-god teachers. I know a nation that has plenty of demi-god teachers. Why the parents in these nations do not complain about demi-god teachers continues to baffle me. There are some nations that do not mind having unregulated teachers to teach their children; and I think this is an excellent idea for them because they may have their own reasons for being supportive of unregulated teachers. However, no Indian should ever tolerate unregulated teachers inside India. We Indians do not want any unregulated teachers to teach our children inside India. We Indians do not want any moderator teachers to teach our children inside India. We Indians do not want any smooth-talker teachers to teach our children inside India. We Indians do not want any demi-god teachers to teach our children inside India. Indian parents should demand that their children be taught by regulated teachers, not unregulated teachers.
In this nation with moderator and demi-god teachers, I would venture to state that the entire public school system is just a waste of public funds because it is not cost efficient. However, this same nation has a way to get ahead and remain competitive: they do so by attracting talented immigrants.
Each time you as a parent put your children in the hands of individual teachers, you are taking a risk as regards to the quality of education. It is safer for you as a parent to put your children in a school that separates teachers from exams. When parents are given a choice between individual teachers and board of examiners, then responsible parents should choose the board of examiners; and the board of examiners will separate teachers from exams. Parents are stakeholders. As to why parents in these demi-god teacher nations do not complain about demi-god teachers, continues to baffle me.
We may need uniforms for students. It does make a psychological difference when students wear the uniform. It is just like in the military, the Boy Scouts, and the NCC in India. Every soldier wears a uniform. Many nations require that students wear uniforms. The important thing to remember is that it is important that all students within the nation wear the same uniform. Why? Because parents do move from one town to another town or city to city. If the parents move, then they have to send their children to another school. But if the school has a different uniform, then the parents have to spend extra money to buy new uniforms. We do not want the parents to spend too much money on children’s uniforms each time they change their postal address, and so the best way is to have the identical uniform in all schools in the entire nation. Having the identical uniform in the entire nation also helps in nation-building and national identity. Every Monday the children should wear a tie, stand at attention, raise the national flag, and sing the national song. I tell you that the most important thing is discipline. Standing at attention and learning to stand at attention even just for one minute makes a psychological difference. When the teacher walks into the classroom, all the students should immediately stand at attention and there should be pin drop silence. The teacher will greet the students with “Good Morning class” and the students will reply in unison with “Good morning teacher” and then the students will sit on the chairs. Now the class is in session. The difference is the psychological difference. In the Judicial System it is similar to the judge walking into the courtroom. The judge uses the hammer to get the court in session, but in the classroom the standing at attention and the Good Morning greeting from the teacher and a reply from the students will get the class in session.
Though there is no perfect education system in the world, separating teachers from exams helps. I shall try to prove that separating teachers from exams will result in less work for politicians and bureaucrats. All the politicians and bureaucrats have to do is to separate teachers from exams. That’s all. It would be easy to hold the teachers accountable because all the politicians have to do is to monitor the pass rate from the board exams. If lots of students fail in the board exams, then it becomes the responsibility of the teacher. In fact, the politicians and bureaucrats do not even have to monitor the pass rate of the students. There is an easier way. All the politicians and bureaucrats have to do is to publish the board exams pass rate in each school in the newspapers. As stakeholders, the parents have a legitimate interest in the education of their children. It is the right of the parents to know the name of the school and the number of students who got an A grade in the same school. Based on this information, parents will be able to tell which schools are good. When the parents read in the newspapers about the number of students who got an A grade in each school, the parents can decide for themselves which school they should send their children to. It relieves the politicians and bureaucrats of the burden of personally holding the teachers accountable.
Okay. There is the easy way and the hard way. The hard way is for the politicians and bureaucrats to monitor the teachers daily. How do they monitor the teachers daily? What do you want the politicians and bureaucrats to do? Do you want the politicians and bureaucrats to run around all the schools hourly and check the teachers? It is impossible. There are too many schools and too many teachers. So we have the easy way. We have to find the easy way to maintain checks and balances. The easy way is simply to give board exams and have the number of students in each school to get the A grade to be published in the newspapers. In any case, please be unrelenting: at least, separate teachers from exams.

Rural development or urban development in India?
It is not about urban development or rural development in India. It is about shortages and surpluses. Watch the market well for better opportunities. Monitor the market well for better opportunities. Look for all the shortages and surpluses. The Indian people must move from state to state to seek better opportunities; and this is what the Indian people have been doing for decades.
Market means people. We are the market. All 6.5 billion of us are buyers and sellers, but at any given time you are either a buyer or seller. The people are the market.
In a command directed economy, the politicians will issue commands. The people are not stupid. The people do not need any commands from the politicians. The people do know how to take care of themselves. A command directed economy has not worked and will not work in India. The people do not need the politicians to tell them what to do. Only a market directed economy will work in India. All 6.5 billion of us are both buyers and sellers; but at any given time you are either a buyer or seller. The people are the market. Nobody on earth can fully keep track of the global market because it is composed of 6.5 billion buyer and sellers; and the market changes over time. Nobody on earth can fully keep track of the Indian market because it is composed of 1 billion buyers and sellers. Over time the market keeps changing: shortages, over time, become surpluses; and surpluses, over time, become shortages. It is better to keep track of surpluses and shortages.
Some employees prefer to work for the same employer for decades; other employees prefer to work for several employers in a lifetime. Everybody is different. Some employers prefer to employ people who have worked at different jobs before, while other employers do not. Different employers are different. Let us suppose you were a carpenter. Even if you were working as a carpenter, and then relocate and work in a kitchen, you may be an asset because you may be able to put carpentry and kitchen together because there may be some things that you learned in carpentry which you could apply to kitchen. Even if you were working as a truck driver and now work in a plantation, you may be an asset because you may be able to put plantation and motor mechanics together because there may be some things that you learned in truck driving that you could apply to plantation. Later on, if you decide to work in a kitchen, then you are still an asset because you can put motor mechanics, plantation, and kitchen together. At different work environments you learn different things. There may be a shortage in the market of people who can put motor mechanics, plantation, and kitchen together. Always remember that the work environment is also a school. When you work as an employee, you learn as much as possible.
Please do maintain a good relationship with your boss. Your loyalty is to your boss. At the same time always remember that you are in your work environment to work in exchange for currency and also to learn. For you your self-improvement is important. You give your loyalty to your boss so that you can learn as much as possible in your work environment in order for you to get ahead. You should not only learn your work but also the work of the others around you in your work environment. The more you learn, the better it is. You should learn and also teach others. Team work and team spirit are important in the work environment. Whether your boss approves it or not, make sure that you learn as much as possible in the work environment. One day you may be able to quit your job and start a company of your own.
India’s manpower must be willing to travel. The bottom-line is that we want India’s manpower to be willing to relocate, move, and travel inside India. In a market economy, we should let the market decide how and where India’s manpower will be located and relocated.
Let the market decide for itself. The market works best when it is sufficiently de-controlled by politicians. The people are the market and do know how to take care of themselves. The market is always changing. We are the market. The market is composed of buying and selling goods, services and ideas. It is hard (in fact, impossible) to keep track of the market because it is composed of billions of buyers and sellers world-wide. Business cycles are hard to predict. There are always surpluses and shortages in the market. Surpluses sometimes become shortages over time; and shortages, over time, sometimes become surpluses too. If you move from an area of surplus to an area of shortages, you would be doing yourself and the market a favor. Yes, the market is always changing. Leave the market alone. The people are the market and do know how to take care of themselves. The people know what to do. Let the market take care of itself. Let the market decide for itself.
Yes, it is not about urban development or rural development in India. It is about shortages and surpluses. It is about the politicians leaving the market economy alone.
India has a population of more than one billion. Despite her one billion strong population she is not even half as strong as she could be. This is due to the fact that her one billion strong population is divided into numerous villages. There are too many villages in India. There is a surplus of villages in India. She is stretched thin. That is, the villages are not integrated into the global economy. The solution is that Indians have to regroup. The solution is urbanization. Instead of India being divided into villages, she has to be divided into cities, metropolises, and megapolises. Once India urbanizes, she will gain strength socially, politically, and economically.
In the developed nations, the people live mostly in cities, while in a developing nation like India the people live mostly in the villages. Today India’s population of one billion is stretched thin as it is spread out mostly in the villages in India. That is, there are too many villages and thus India is too decentralized, which has weakened her socially, politically, and economically. The good news is that India’s population is restructuring. The good news is that India’s population is urbanizing. Like the developed nations, she will eventually restructure into metropolises. Slowly but surely the villages will surrender to the metropolises. It is these metropolises that will strengthen her socially, politically, and economically. It is these metropolises that will breathe life to her socially, politically, and economically. Her metropolises will find their niche in the global economy. Yes, as more than one billion Indians inhale and exhale, she will grow and grow into metropolises. She should grow in a non-threatening and non-submissive way.
In this urbanization of India, the villages will exhale/rechaka their population while the metropolises will inhale/pooraka the same population. The metropolises may retain/kumbhaka some of the population, if not all of the population. As a general rule, the villages exhale/rechaka, while the metropolises inhale/pooraka and retain/kumbhaka. Yes, as more than one billion Indians inhale and exhale, she will grow and grow into metropolises. She should grow in a non-threatening and non-submissive way.
Please leave the market alone. The people are the market and do know how to take care of themselves. The people know what to do. Let the market take care of itself. Let the market decide for itself.

Supermarkets: They may deliver a win-win for India.
Sole proprietors, partnerships, and private corporations perform economic activity. Private corporations seem to be playing a greater role in India these days. Have private corporations come of age in India? Probably. We will wait and see.
Is the agricultural sector in India declining? Not quite. It might be possible that there is a surplus of farmers in India. The agricultural sector will restructure. Some farmers may have to give up agriculture completely. The more efficient farmers may be able to survive the competition. The good news is that private corporations in India seem more interested in getting into agriculture. The private corporations set up supermarkets and chain stores in India; and private corporations buy agricultural produce directly from the farmers, cutting out the middle-man.
In some sole proprietorships/family owned business, the death of the owner adversely affects the form of organization and assets; and there have been cases where the death of the owner terminates the business itself, with the family owned business employees risk becoming immediately unemployed. In sharp contrast, private corporations give continuity of organization and assets. Private corporations almost have an unlimited lifespan. It might be possible that private corporations may play a greater role in India’s economy in the future.
Like other nations, India’s commerce might have started with sole proprietorships, then moved towards partnerships, and now private corporations are playing a greater role. By now you can figure out that India’s economy is restructuring with private corporations/stockholders playing a bigger role. Yes, India is undergoing a retail revolution.
In short, there is a surplus of farmers in India. So there are not many opportunities in the agricultural sector. At least some farmers should give up on agriculture. Added to that India is undergoing a retail revolution and therefore some middlemen may become redundant too. We can no longer depend on agriculture to give employment to Indians; we have to find new sources of employment for Indians. There is a surplus of farmers in the agricultural sector, and so it is time to move to another sector. There may be some good news. Even a journey of a thousand miles starts with one step. The next step for India may be Special Economic Zones (SEZ). Try SEZ’s. The nation has to shift to SEZ’s to give employment opportunities to Indians. The next employment opportunities would be in SEZ’s. The new hope is in SEZ’s. SEZ’s will become the new employers. Any political party that does not support SEZ’s must be naïve. We will wait and see how India handles herself.
With the agricultural sector experiencing a surplus and the SEZ’s opening up for employment, hopefully India would grow stronger economically in the coming decades and at the same time never forgetting that she is the nation that gave Mahatma Gandhi to the world. The land of Mahatma Gandhi will one day see fewer shortages and rationing. Ideally, there would be no shortages and no rationing in the whole world.
Okay. The era of supermarkets have begun in India. The role of the government and people of India is to remove all obstacles so as to encourage healthy competition between the mom and pop retail stores on the one hand and the supermarkets on the other hand. The less the government and people of India interfere in this competition, the better it is. There are some people who feel that the era of supermarkets would change India beyond recognition. Wait a minute. Does it mean that supermarkets will win and family owned business/mom and pop stores will lose? Not quite. It could be a win-win. We will wait a see.
What is in it for the Indian people? Well, watch the market well for better opportunities. Monitor the market well for better opportunities. Look for all the shortages and surpluses. The Indian people must move from state to state to seek better opportunities; and this is what the Indian people have been doing for decades.
What should the politicians do about the economy? The people are not stupid. The people do know how to take care of themselves. The people do not need the politicians to tell them what to do.
It might be possible that there may be competition between supermarkets and chain stores on the one hand and family owned business/mom and pop stores on the other hand. If you are working for a mom and pop store please make sure that you turn the work environment into a school for you. Please do learn as much as possible. Next, when you feel confident you can apply to work for a supermarket or chain store. If your employer does not pay you well, then you can quit and work for the supermarket.
If you are working for a supermarket please make sure that you turn the work environment into a school for you. Please do learn as much as possible. Next, when you feel confident you can apply to work for a mom and pop store. If your employer does not pay you well, then you can quit and work for the mom and pop store. Those who work for the supermarket can quit and work for the mom and pop store; those who work for the mom and pop store can quit and work for the supermarket.
Eventually supermarkets may find their own market niche, and mom and pop stores may find their own market niche; and this may be the win-win situation in retail.
When in doubt, please do ask one of the largest universities in the world, namely www.youtube.com. Please do go to www.youtube.com and type the words INDIA SUPERMARKETS.
In any case, several Indians have been moving from one state inside India to another state inside India for better opportunities for decades.
